Your event revenue is yours. FestAxis is subscription-based. Standard payment processing still applies, but FestAxis does not take a per-ticket platform percentage on top.

Questions organizers usually ask

Does each event count toward my event limit?
Yes. Each distinct event on your account counts toward your limit. A multi-day festival counts as one event. Annual recurring events each count separately year-over-year. Contact us if you need to discuss your specific situation.
What happens if I reach my vendor cap?
The platform will warn you before you hit the limit. Upgrading your plan lifts the cap immediately. Need a temporary exception? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. For Premier or Enterprise changes, contact support@festaxis.com.
What if I need capabilities that only appear in a higher tier?
The comparison above shows which operational capabilities unlock at each tier. If your event is trending toward more credentialing, sponsor deliverables, or multi-zone operations, moving up a tier unlocks those tools without changing your event data.
Is FestAxis right for virtual or hybrid events?
FestAxis is purpose-built for in-person events — festivals, markets, multi-day gatherings, and coordinated outdoor operations. It’s not a webinar platform. If you’re running something in-person with real-world logistics, it’s probably a great fit.
